STORE POLICY

At Tild, we hope you're happy with your purchase, but if not, we’re here to help!

  • We offer refunds on all full-priced items.

  • You can return your item within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Choose from a refund, exchange (subject to stock availability), or store credit. For refunds, a $10 handling fee will be deducted.

  • If you opt for a refund, exchange or store credit, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • For any faulty items or packing errors, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method. We’ll provide a shipping label and cover the cost of any shipping incurred.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached, and accompanied by all original accessories.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your exchange.

  • Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items.

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received your exchange and confirm they meet our return conditions. If approved you exchange will be processed and sent back out. 

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received your return and confirm they meet our return conditions. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take your bank or credit card company up to 15 business days to process the refund. If you don’t receive it by then, contact us at lucy@tild.com.au
